How do I make my return?

​1. Contact Customer Service via our Contact Form. Specify your order number.

​2. Cabeceo will notify you by email of the address to which you should return the order.

​3. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. You will receive a notification once the package is received.

Provided that the return conditions specified in the General Terms and Conditions are met, Cabeceo will make the reimbursement as soon as possible.
The refund will be made to the same credit card used when paying for the order.
